Please follow the steps below for medication refills.
Plan ahead: medication refill requests can take up to 72 hours (3 business days).

Requests must be received between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM.
Requests made after 5:00PM will be processed the following business day.
All requests must be received prior to 1:00PM
Any request received after 1:00PM will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day if that Monday is a holiday.
Saturday and Sunday
Any request will be processed the following Monday or the next business day if that Monday is a holiday.
Refill Requests After a Missed Appointment
Patients who miss a follow-up medication management appointment will only receive enough of a particular medication, that is identified as needed in the applicable prescription, to cover the patient until their next scheduled appointment.
*Please be aware that there may be charges, co-pays, or other out-of-pocket costs you must pay as a result of not receiving a full supply of medication.
Follow Up Appointments
Patients must be seen by their provider at least every 90 days (or sooner if indicated by prescriber).
If you cancel or otherwise miss an appointment, and you are beyond 90 days since your last visit with your provider, you will be required to schedule a new intake appointment.
A new intake is not required if the failure to be seen by the provider in the 90 day period is due to LifeBack’s own inability to schedule an appointment for that patient within that time period.
