“I learned a lot while going here. Individual sessions were helpful, but the groups were very
enlightening in a dark time in my life. Thank you LifeBack.” – Former LifeBack Patient
You are not alone! While one-on-one therapy is important for one’s wellness journey, group therapy can also play an important role. Group therapy provides the opportunity for individuals to learn from each other through honest, intimate dialogue in a warm and encouraging environment.
Group therapy is designed to empower the individual to share their experience and witness the experiences of others. Group members will develop a new perspective on the notion of connection and community. At LifeBack, we offer a variety of group therapies for adolescents and adults.
