Leadership Team

WORKING TOGETHER FOR A STRONG TEAM

THE 5 IDEALS OF LEADING A SUCCESSFUL TEAM

It is important that our team and our patients know that we are equally invested in our patients' wellness

1.LEAD BY EXAMPLE

A wise man once said, “well done is better than well said”

2. ACT WITH INTEGRITY

Be respectful, reliable, trustworthy, and kind.

3.YOUR WORD MUST HAVE WORTH

If it is not right don’t do it; if it is not true don’t say it.

4. HALF MEASURES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE

We do not believe in half measures; we believe in above and beyond.

5.SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO LAUGH

Not every day is going to be a great; sometimes the best option is to laugh, and let it go.
